Finished Socks...
These socks were knit for a friend who has trouble getting socks to fit around her legs. I worked with the pattern and got it where it would fit her leg. I then decreased each inch after the ribbing until I had 48 stitches to start the heels and foot part.
I have never had anyone so happy with a pair of socks in my life...the thought that she could actually have a nice pair of hand knit socks that fit her without cutting off her circulation was just wonderful to her.

100% Peruvian Highland Wool
Color: Lake Ice Heather
Needles: Size 5
